Yoda

Yoda is one of the most powerful and wisest Jedi Masters in the galaxy.

He belongs to an unknown, long-lived species.
Yoda lived for over 900 years and shaped many eras of galactic history.

He was a member—and later the Grand Master—of the Jedi Council in the Old Republic.
His first appearance was in Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back.
Although small and unassuming in appearance, his power is immense.
With deep wisdom and a strong connection to the Force, he trained countless Jedi.

Among his most well-known students are Count Dooku, Mace Windu, and Luke Skywalker.
Though peace-loving, Yoda was a master of lightsaber combat.

During the Clone Wars, he took on leadership roles in many battles.
He recognized the threat of the Dark Side—but too late.

After the fall of the Jedi, he went into exile on Dagobah.
There, he awaited the next symbol of hope—Luke Skywalker.

He prepared Luke for his role as a Jedi and revealed the truth to him.
Yoda died at the age of 900 and became one with the Force.
